About SoccerRangers

Developing Smarter Footballers

SoccerRangers is a youth football player development club in Shenzhen, connecting structured training, match experience, Football IQ, growth records and coach feedback with development planning and TFS Pathway.

We value technique alongside confidence, cooperation and responsibility. A Chinese-English training environment helps players learn through communication and grow alongside teammates from different backgrounds.

Our Approach

Start With the Game. Develop Independent Decisions.

FOOTBALL FIRST

Every Session Serves the Game

Design practice around problems in the game: observe, decide, execute and adapt as the situation changes.

FOOTBALL IQ

Technique Includes Knowing When

See space, teammates and opponents before receiving. Understand timing and options so every action has a purpose.

SMALL-SIDED GAMES

Smaller Games, More Learning

Small-sided games create more touches, decisions, opposition, involvement and communication. Players repeatedly solve problems under real pressure.

Observe → Decide → Execute → Adapt

Connect Four Actions in Every Practice

  1. 01

Observe: scan the space and players before receiving.

  2. 02

Decide: choose whether to pass, dribble or shoot.

  3. 03

Execute: use the technique that fits your decision.

  4. 04

Adapt: when the situation changes, look again and choose again.

For example, change the width of a 3v3 pitch to help players notice space. Use questions to explore their choices, then let them try again in the game.
International Learning

Bring Learning Into Session Design

Draw on game-based learning in international youth development, adapting practice to each development stage and a bilingual training environment.

  • Session design: vary player numbers, space and rules to encourage players to find solutions.
  • Coach guidance: use questions and brief feedback to help players explain their decisions.
  • Bilingual communication: talk with coaches and teammates around real game tasks.

Soccer Rangers supports how your child trains and grows today; TFS Pathway helps plan where that development can lead in the future.
